How it works

A walkie-talkie, without the walkie-talkie limits

Traditional radios stop at the edge of your repeater. PoC radios ride the same cellular networks your phone already uses — so range is wherever there's signal.

1

Press the PTT button

Big, glove-friendly side button on the radio — or the on-screen button in the phone app. No dialing, no ringing, no waiting.

2

It travels over cellular

Your voice goes securely over 4G / 5G or Wi-Fi. No towers, repeaters, or site equipment for you to buy, license, or maintain.

3

Your whole team hears it

Everyone on the channel hears you instantly — one person, one department, or your entire organization at once.

Try the idea: pick a channel, hold to talk

This is how a shift actually runs. Each department gets its own channel — Security doesn't hear Facilities chatter, but a supervisor can call everyone at once.

Hold the big button on the right (press & hold on phone or mouse) to simulate transmitting — it turns red while you talk.

Why teams switch

Built for safety, speed & everyday work

⚡

Instant group push-to-talk

One-to-one, group, and all-call in under a second. Create unlimited channels for departments, buildings, shifts, or events.

📡

Nationwide LTE / 5G + Wi-Fi

Works indoors, outdoors, off-site, and between locations. If a phone works there, your radio works there.

📍

Live GPS & dispatch

See every radio and phone on a live map from dispatch. Know who is closest before you send them.

🆘

Emergency SOS priority

One-touch SOS sends an instant priority alert with location — so help goes to the right place, fast.

🔒

Private & encrypted

Your channels are yours alone. No scanners, no open frequencies, no neighboring business walking over your calls.

🔋

Rugged, all-shift battery

Drop-tested, water-resistant radios built for real work — with battery that lasts the full shift and beyond.

Radios & app

Two ways to join — one conversation

Mix and match. Field staff carry dedicated radios; supervisors and office staff join from their phones. Everyone is on the same channels.

Questions

Common questions

Do we need to build or install anything?

No. PoC radios work over existing 4G / 5G cellular and Wi-Fi networks. There are no towers, repeaters, antennas, or FCC licenses for you to manage. Radios arrive ready to talk.

Will it work inside our buildings?

If cell phones or Wi-Fi work in a building, PoC will too — and it can use both. That's a big advantage in dorms, tunnels, parking garages, and basements where traditional radios often go dead.

Can radios and phones talk to each other?

Yes. Dedicated PoC radios and the iOS / Android app share the exact same channels, so a supervisor on a phone can talk directly to an officer or technician on a radio.

How fast can we start with a pilot?

Most pilots start with one department — often Security or Facilities — and can be up and running in minutes once radios are in hand. Call 570-886-1451 and we'll help you scope a no-obligation pilot.

Is it private?

Yes. Unlike open radio frequencies anyone can scan, PoC channels are private to your organization and communications are encrypted.
